Available for selected programs in the Glenn R. Jones College of Business and College of Health and Human Services, FastracDC is a new dual credit option that allows qualified undergraduate students to reduce the number of classes needed to complete a master’s degree.
CYPRESS, Calif. (PRWEB) February 14, 2019
Trident University International (Trident) has announced the launch of FastracDC, a new dual credit option that allows qualified undergraduate students to reduce the number of classes needed to complete an online master’s degree.
Available in the Glenn R. Jones College of Business and College of Health and Human Services, FastracDC gives undergraduate students the ability to replace three bachelor’s level courses with comparable master’s level courses. The dual credit option is offered to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (BSHRM), Business Administration (BSBA), Leadership (BSL), and Health Administration (BSHA).
Fastrac not only shortens the time to completing a master’s degree for bachelor’s students, it also helps make their education more affordable.
“By providing this streamlined option to complete a master’s degree, we make it easier for our students to achieve their goals sooner, and in a more affordable way” states Dr. Mihaela Tanasescu, Provost and Chief Academic Officer.
FastracDC is one of the multiple ways Trident has improved the student experience this year. Last month the University announced two other new initiatives: Fastrac12, a quicker path to graduation in selected master’s programs, and Fastrac10, a 10-month track available for the Master of Arts in Education (MAED) program.
