Blazers guard CJ McCollum helped to locker room with left leg injury

The Blazers may have been dealt a serious blow.

Guard CJ McCollum had to be helped to the locker room by teammates after suffering an apparent leg injury in the third quarter of the team’s 108-103 loss to the Spurs on Saturday.

He looked as if he was holding his lower leg when he was helped off.

The Raptors announced it was a left leg injury but did not elaborate.

McCollum came into Saturday’s game averaging 21.5 points and 4.1 rebounds on the season.
